The Riverside Company has already completed an add-on to its recently acquired portfolio company Avatar International (Avatar), purchasing HR Solutions International, Inc. of Chicago.

Avatar International has been acquired by The Riverside Company, a move that will enable the healthcare quality improvement firm to expand its offerings to current and future health system partners.  Avatar’s existing management team will continue to lead the business.

The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and Avatar International are announcing a new jointly created portal that provides AAFP members with affordable online access to user-friendly surveys and reports to measure patient satisfaction with the overall care experience.
