Health & Human Services is spending millions of dollars on an ad campaign to promote its HospitalCompare website.  The ads will feature survey results from selected organizations and various versions will run in markets throughout the country.

Health Care experts look at various conclusions available by examining the release of HCAHPS survey data.  While some are surprised by the survey data, others believe it accurately represents their culture of hospitality.
